Registration Forms & Scholarships

All Students must complete a registration form and liability waiver before the start of their first class. Please be sure to read our new student handbook before you begin so that you are familiar without studio policies and procedures. Are you not sure which class you would like to take? We offer trial classes for new students.

Also, please be aware that most classes do have a DRESS CODE. Proper shoes and clothing are required for all classes. Read the New Student Handbook above to find out more about our dress code. We will have used and discounted clothing available for sale.

We partner with Camas-Washougal Community Chest to provide full, partial and costume scholarships thorough out the year to students and families in need. Scholarships are awarded in September and January of each year. You must complete an application for each time frame. You will receive award notifications via email.
