Registration Forms

All Students must complete a registration form and liabilty waiver before the start of their first class. Please be sure to read our new student hand book before you begin so that you are familiar with out studio policies and procedures. Are you not sure which class you would like to take? We free trial classes for new students.

Also, please be aware that most classes do have a DRESS CODE. Proper shoes and clothing are required for all classes. Read the New Student Hand book above to find out more about our dress code. We will have used and discounted clothing available for sale.
